Career is the prime ingredient comprising the life cycle of any rational human being. A  willing person moves through  career cycle  in his life time in order to reach his desired goals overtime. Individual must pursue necessary and goal oriented actions leading to achieving successful career.  Nevertheless, career building process is not built on a bed of roses rather the process faces many career obstacles.

Personal, social, environmental and cultural problems are some of the main categories of areas which constitute the main obstacles on the way of building a successful career.

Career obstacles in one way or other is an  inevitable phenomenon in everyday life of an individual. Experiences indicate that reasonable persons should not get upset following the career obstacles. The affected individual should prima facie do the following things:

  • Identify the problems
  • Analyze the problems
  • Identify the causes and effect relationship of the problems.
  • Determine the priority areas of the  problems.
  • Formulate the different options/actions to overcome  the identified causes of the problems.

Moreover, the affected individual should control emotion and remains calm;  seek expert guidance; and accept the reality. They should learn from mistakes and should not quit the scene.


Career is the heart of any human life cycle. Career planning in an appropriate manner is able to guide individuals to their desired goals. Career obstacles should not put a permanent barrier on the way towards professional and human development. Career is cream and take care of it effectively.

He also obtained a Master degree in Agricultural Economics from the American University of Beirut, Labanon in 1983. The admin earned a Law degree (LL.B) from Uttara University in Bangladesh. He also studied in the North South University -Dhaka for his Certificate course in Development Studies. Lately he served as Advisor (M&E) in GTZ (German Technical Cooperation Agency in Bangladesh. His major fields of specialization include Project Planning; Project Management; Monitoring & Evaluation;and Training and Capacity building. He gained professional skills and expertise in "website design, development and maintenance" including SEO and SMM/SEM.
